Upstairs is the master bedroom (queen bed) which leads out to the deck overlooking the beach and has an ensuite, Downstairs has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two single beds), bathroom, lounge/dining/kitchen area with a ranch slider leading out onto the large BBQ deck right on the beach, fantastic for afternoon cocktails as you watch the sun set directly in front.
The modern kitchen comes complete with gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Communal Laundry and ample space for drying.
All bedrooms and lounge area have ceiling fans. All windows have fly-screens.
